    Meditation with kirtan

"Sound or vibration is the most powerful force in the universe. Music is a divine art, to be used not only for pleasure but as a path to God-realization." Paramahansa Yogananda

Join us on the second Saturday of Every Month for our kirtan practice (10:40 to 11:30) and the third Saturday for our kirtan meditation (9:30 to 11:30).

We play kirtan and meditate for approximately 10 minutes between each chant. There's also a half-hour meditation in the middle of the session.
