Lahiri Mahasaya - mahasamadhi and birthday
The Cincinnati Meditation Circle would like to invite you to a special service to honor Lahiri Mahasaya's Mahasamadhi and also a special service to celebrate Lahiri Mahasaya’s birth.
Mahasamadhi service
WHEN: Saturday, September 27th.
TIME: 9:30 AM-10:30 AM
(service extended an extra hour from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM).
(8:00 AM-9:30 AM - individual meditation)
Birthday service
WHEN: Wednesday, October 1st.
TIME: 6:00 PM-7:30 PM
(4:30 PM-6:00 PM - individual meditation)
You are invited to bring a flower or flowers to be offered at the altar as a symbol of devotion, and also a donation as a symbol of loyalty to the cause of SRF. Flowers and donations will be offered at both services. The collection will be sent to the SRF Mother Center.
If you are unable to arrive at the beginning of the meditation, please enter the meditation room quietly (preferably during a chant) so as not to disturb fellow meditators.

The Gathering at Northern Hills - Unitarian Universalist Community Church.
Wednesday Meditation - 6:00 to 7:00 pm
You are invited to come at 4:00 pm if you want to have a longer and deeper meditation. On Wednesday, we have less time for reading and chanting and more time in silence.
Every half an hour, chants will be played for 5 minutes.

Saturday Meditation - 9:30 to 10:30 am
You are very welcome to join us for Saturday meditations. We practice energization exercises, meditate, read, and chant together. You can come earlier for silent meditation (8:00 to 9:00) or when service begins.

Meditation with kirtan

Join us on the second Saturday of Every Month for our kirtan practice (10:40 to 11:30) and the third Saturday for our kirtan meditation (9:30 to 11:30).
