    At Cincinnati Meditation Circle, we believe that Kriya Yoga is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life. Paramahansa Yogananda's teachings encourage individuals to cultivate present-moment awareness, helping them navigate challenges with clarity and compassion.

    Techniques

    You will learn techniques from Paramahansa Yogananda's teachings that we can practice together.

    They are: Energization Exercises, Hong So, and Aum. After some time practicing these techniques, if you wish you can receive the higher knowledge that was hidden during the Dark Ages: the Kriya proper.

    Subscribe for the lessons here, where you will learn step-by-step meditation techniques leading up to the highest technique of Kriya Yoga.
